Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups Sardinian fregula (I use medium)
- 14 oz tomato pulp
- 3.5 oz natural tuna
- 4 1/4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 fillets anchovies in oil
- to taste olive oil
- to taste fine salt

Steps
Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan and sauté 1 clove of garlic and 2 anchovy fillets for about 5 minutes. I left the garlic whole, but it can also be chopped.
Add the tomato pulp and cook for about 10 minutes, adjusting with salt.
Add the Fregula and cook for the time indicated on the package, adding vegetable broth from time to time.
Once the fregula is cooked, remove from heat and add the tuna.
Mix well and serve.
