By now you know, in my house, an ingredient that is never missing is asparagus. We stock up at the beginning of spring during our numerous walks. Here on the blog, there are many asparagus recipes but today I decided to prepare Sardinian Fregula. Sardinian Fregula with asparagus is a very tasty dish and it is very easy to make. I used small Fregula, but the medium can also be used if desired.
