Today I prepared these very tasty cauliflower meatballs, a delicious way to use up the cauliflower I had boiled a couple of days ago, but was forgetting in the fridge. Very flavorful, easy, and quick to prepare. I cooked them in the air fryer but you can bake them in the oven or fry them directly. Either way, they will be delicious. Ingredients
- 1 boiled cauliflower (not too large)
- 1 egg
- as needed salt
- as needed nutmeg
- 2.82 oz grated cheese
- as needed breadcrumbs
- as needed oil

Steps
In a bowl, use a fork to thoroughly mash the boiled cauliflower.
Add all the other ingredients and form balls, then coat them in breadcrumbs.
Place the meatballs on the air fryer basket. Spray a little oil on top and cook at 392°F for about 15-20 minutes
Serve warm.
They are delicious even cold.
