Today I prepared savory donuts. They are perfect to serve as an appetizer or aperitif. They pair with cured meats and cheeses and are really delicious. I stuffed them with Mortadella Mousse and Tuna Mousse.
Delicious!!! They were gone in no time. You can fill them with any sauces you like. Or simply make cookies, they will still be delicious. I’m leaving you some more ideas for tasty appetizers.

Ingredients
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 7 oz lard
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup potato starch
- 2 eggs
- to taste salt
- to taste nutmeg
- to taste black pepper
- to taste mortadella mousse
- to taste tuna mousse

Steps
Place all the ingredients in the stand mixer and work with the flat beater until the dough comes away from the sides.
Wrap with plastic wrap and let rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a sheet of parchment paper.
Cut out the donuts with the cutters.
And bake for 10 minutes at 356°F
Once cooled, fill them with the prepared creams and serve.
