Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 1/8 cups tomato sauce (cooked with oil, salt, oregano, and basil)
- 8.8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 2 eggplants (cooked with oil and salt in air fryer)

Steps
Unroll the puff pastry sheet on the Crisp plate, taking care to leave the parchment paper. Arrange the eggplants cooked with oil and salt for 10 minutes in the air fryer.
Add the tomato sauce and plenty of shredded mozzarella and repeat the layer of eggplants.
Finish with more sauce and more mozzarella and cook for 15 minutes in the microwave using the crisp function. Or in the oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
Delicious both hot and cold.
