Savory Onion Pie

Have I ever told you about my passion for onions? I love them. Raw or cooked, I eat them in every way. Today I made a very simple savory pie. I made the base myself. Even better! You can also use shortcrust pastry or puff pastry. But homemade is much better, I assure you. The savory onion pie is very simple, I used mozzarella but you can use other cheeses as well. In my opinion, gorgonzola is the best choice! To try. Here are some other ideas with onions.
