- 7 oz flour
- 3.38 fl oz water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 oz lard
- 1 large onion
- 1 mozzarella

Steps
In the stand mixer’s bowl, I placed all the base ingredients.

I wrapped it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, I stewed the onion in a pan with oil and salt.
After the resting time, I rolled out the dough on the work surface.
I transferred the dough onto the oiled baking pan and added the onions and diced mozzarella.
I sealed the edges of the savory pie and baked at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
