Savory Pie with Ham and Crescenza Cheese

Today a savory pie, I needed to use up a sheet of puff pastry in the fridge, but didn’t feel like making anything elaborate. So since I had crescenza cheese and ham in the fridge, I opted for a quick and delicious savory pie. Ham and crescenza cheese savory pie, it goes without saying it was delicious. I say was because it was devoured at home in a second. If you want to make it too but don’t have puff pastry, you can use puff pastry or even better my Yeast-free savory pie base, easy and quick, delicious and super tasty. Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry (round)
  • 5.3 oz crescenza cheese
  • 5.3 oz cooked ham
  • to taste olive oil

Steps

  • Place the puff pastry sheet on the baking pan without removing the parchment paper.

  • Add the crescenza cheese in pieces and the ham.

  • Close the edges, add a drizzle of oil and bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
