A few days ago, I made pesto at home because I had some basil to use up. So today, as a lover of savory pies, I decided to make a savory pie with pesto. I had some crescenza and a sheet of puff pastry in the fridge, so I decided to make a savory pie with pesto and crescenza. A successful combination, I recommend it. If you don’t have puff pastry, you can use puff pastry sheets, or even better, make the Base for savory pies without yeast, easy and quick, and it will be even better. If you’re a fan of savory pies like me, I also recommend;
