I love savory pies, today I made it with potatoes and sausage. What can I say, it was delicious, and my guests appreciated it. It was also very good the next day. The preparation is very simple and does not take much time. For convenience, I cooked the potatoes with the sausage in the air fryer. But you can also bake them in the oven or cook them in a pan. Whatever you prefer.

Ingredients
- 7 oz fresh sausage
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 roll round puff pastry
- as needed oil & salt
- 2 cups béchamel
- 1.8 oz melty cheese
- 1.8 oz mozzarella

Steps
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Add the sausage pieces to the potatoes, season with oil and salt, and cook in the air fryer for about 20 minutes at 392°F.
Place the puff pastry disc in a round mold, pour in the potatoes with the sausage, and add the béchamel on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 392°F in the oven. For convenience, I used the microwave (in that case, 15 minutes in crisp mode is enough).
After 20 minutes, add the cheese and mozzarella and continue for another 10 minutes at 392°F (I used just 5 minutes in the microwave).
