Savory Pie with Potatoes and Sausage

I love savory pies, today I made it with potatoes and sausage. What can I say, it was delicious, and my guests appreciated it. It was also very good the next day. The preparation is very simple and does not take much time. For convenience, I cooked the potatoes with the sausage in the air fryer. But you can also bake them in the oven or cook them in a pan. Whatever you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz fresh sausage
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 roll round puff pastry
  • as needed oil & salt
  • 2 cups béchamel
  • 1.8 oz melty cheese
  • 1.8 oz mozzarella

Steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.

  • Add the sausage pieces to the potatoes, season with oil and salt, and cook in the air fryer for about 20 minutes at 392°F.

  • Place the puff pastry disc in a round mold, pour in the potatoes with the sausage, and add the béchamel on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 392°F in the oven. For convenience, I used the microwave (in that case, 15 minutes in crisp mode is enough).

  • After 20 minutes, add the cheese and mozzarella and continue for another 10 minutes at 392°F (I used just 5 minutes in the microwave).

  • Ready!!!
