- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 450 g ricotta
- 1 egg
- 2.5 oz pancetta
- 2.8 oz tuna
- 1 zucchini
- to taste aromatic salt

Steps
In a bowl, pour the ricotta, the egg, the diced pancetta, the tuna, and the zucchini, diced and cooked with oil and salt for 10 minutes in an air fryer.
Spread the puff pastry sheet on the crisp plate and level it well.
Add a pinch of aromatic salt and plenty of grated cheese on top and cook for about 15 minutes in the microwave on Crisp mode.
If you don’t have a microwave, it will be fine for about 30 minutes at 350°F in the oven.
