Today I made the savory zucchini and bacon pie. I love savory pies, there’s always a roll of puff pastry at home. And when I’m out, I always make Crazy Dough and in a few minutes I have the base for my savory pie. The savory zucchini and bacon pie is very easy to make. I used the mandolin, but you can also cut the zucchini by hand. Your choice.
