Smoked Salmon with Potatoes, Easy and Quick

Today I made salmon with potatoes. I love smoked salmon, and today I tried it with potatoes. Delicious, perfect as a side dish or appetizer, in my opinion, a quick dish that can also be prepared the day before. For the seasoning, I used raw garlic and parsley because I really like the taste and smell of garlic. But you can easily use powdered garlic or any spices you like. You might also be interested in;

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz smoked salmon
  • 2.2 lbs potatoes, peeled, cooked, boiled
  • to taste minced garlic and parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste olive oil

Tools

  • Bowl
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Steps

  • The first thing to do is boil the potatoes in water and salt for about 20 minutes, pierce them with a fork, and when ready, the fork will come out without any problem. If the potato sticks to the fork, it means it still needs cooking. Peel them and let them cool.

  • Meanwhile, cut the salmon into pieces.

  • Transfer the salmon and diced potatoes into a bowl and add olive oil, minced garlic, and parsley. Adjust salt if necessary.

  • Mix, let it marinate for a few hours, and serve.
