Today I made a soft and delicious bundt cake with apples, chocolate, and custard. Delicious and super tasty. I was inspired by my Soft Cake with Apples and Custard, where you can also find the version with Soft Strawberry Cake with Custard, a delight for the eyes and the palate.
To make the soft and delicious bundt cake with apples, chocolate, and custard, you don’t need electric whisks or a stand mixer, just a bowl, a whisk, and a spatula. Try it because it’s really super tasty.

Ingredients
- 10.58 oz all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 5.3 oz sugar
- 4 apples
- 8.8 oz custard
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup milk (+ 3 1/2 tbsp)
- 1.06 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder
- as needed chocolate chips

Steps
Prepare the Vanilla Bimby Custard according to the recipe and let it cool covered with cling film in contact.
In a bowl, pour the sugar and eggs and mix with the whisk.
Add the oil, milk, flour, vanilla, and baking powder and mix well to dissolve all the lumps. Finally, add 2 chopped apples.
Transfer half of the mixture into the greased and floured bundt cake pan.
Add the cocoa and the remaining milk to the apple mixture and add it to the white mixture.
Add the custard.
Arrange the other 2 peeled and thinly sliced apples.
Finish with the chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
