Soft and Delicious Bundt Cake with Apples, Chocolate, and Custard

Today I made a soft and delicious bundt cake with apples, chocolate, and custard. Delicious and super tasty. I was inspired by my Soft Cake with Apples and Custard, where you can also find the version with Soft Strawberry Cake with Custard, a delight for the eyes and the palate.

To make the soft and delicious bundt cake with apples, chocolate, and custard, you don’t need electric whisks or a stand mixer, just a bowl, a whisk, and a spatula. Try it because it’s really super tasty.

Ingredients

  • 10.58 oz all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 5.3 oz sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 8.8 oz custard
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup milk (+ 3 1/2 tbsp)
  • 1.06 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • as needed chocolate chips

Steps

  • Prepare the Vanilla Bimby Custard according to the recipe and let it cool covered with cling film in contact.

  • In a bowl, pour the sugar and eggs and mix with the whisk.

  • Add the oil, milk, flour, vanilla, and baking powder and mix well to dissolve all the lumps. Finally, add 2 chopped apples.

  • Transfer half of the mixture into the greased and floured bundt cake pan.

  • Add the cocoa and the remaining milk to the apple mixture and add it to the white mixture.

  • Add the custard.

  • Arrange the other 2 peeled and thinly sliced apples.

  • Finish with the chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
