SOFT AND FRAGRANT BANANA BREAD – The easy recipe to not waste ripe bananas

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 1/2 tbsp milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • to taste ground cinnamon

Steps

  • In a bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas and half of the third (cut in half lengthwise)

  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until all lumps are dissolved.

  • Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and place the reserved banana half on top.

  • Bake at 356°F for about 45/50 minutes
