Soft Apple Cake with Custard

Today I made a delicious Soft Apple Cake with Custard, scrumptious, moist, and delightful as I like it thanks to the custard. To prepare it, you simply need a bowl and a whisk. No need for a mixer or stand mixer. In fact, there’s no need to beat the eggs with the sugar, just mix them. In just a few simple steps, you’ll have a truly delightful cake. Depending on the season, you can easily replace the apples with peaches, oranges, or bananas. Basically, you can use this base for many variations. If you’re a fan of apple desserts, I’ll leave you with more ideas.

I recommend preparing the Lemon Custard the day before so that it’s nice and firm.
