Today for breakfast I made the Soft Bread Loaf, very easy to prepare, definitely much better than what you find at the supermarket. Delicious toasted at breakfast with jam, but also as a snack filled as a sandwich. Try it and you won’t buy it anymore. To prepare the Soft Bread Loaf I used the Bimby, but the stand mixer works just fine. Below, I also leave you other versions of Bread Loaf, all to try.
