In the Thermomix cup, pulverize the sugar and lemon zest for 10 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 1 minute at speed 5
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
In a bowl, whip the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is nice and frothy.
Add the lemon zest, butter, milk, lemon juice, and sifted flour with baking powder.
