Ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin
- 5 oz plain yogurt
- 1 pinch salt
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar for at least 10 minutes. They must triple in volume.
Add the oil
The yogurt
And the sifted flour with baking powder and vanillin. Beat for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to the greased and floured pan and bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
