Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 5 oz plain yogurt
  • 1 pinch salt
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Steps

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar for at least 10 minutes. They must triple in volume.

  • And the sifted flour with baking powder and vanillin. Beat for another 5 minutes.

  • Transfer the mixture to the greased and floured pan and bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.

  • Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
