Today, in fact, I prepared the stuffed bread dove with the dough of the No-knead Bread with Sourdough. Delicious!!! I used salami to stuff it, but you can unleash your imagination and stuff it with whatever you like best.

  • 5.3 oz salami

Steps

  • The first thing to do is prepare the dough for the No-knead Bread with Sourdough

  • Let it rise in a warm place, away from temperature fluctuations until it doubles.

  • Roll out the dough on the work surface.

  • Stuff with salami.

  • Roll up.

  • And cut into slices.

  • Place the obtained rolls in the mold and let rise for about 2 hours.

  • Then bake in a hot oven at 392°F for about 50 minutes.
