The stuffed bread dove is not the classic Savoury Rose Dove of soft brioche bread. But a crunchy and fragrant bread dough.
Today, in fact, I prepared the stuffed bread dove with the dough of the No-knead Bread with Sourdough. Delicious!!! I used salami to stuff it, but you can unleash your imagination and stuff it with whatever you like best.
I can’t wait to prepare it with vegetables.
