Summer Green Bean Salad

Today’s summer salad. If you are a fan of green beans, you have surely tried it before. Green beans can be cooked in many ways, but the most known is in a salad. Today I prepared them with potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna. We basically grow them at home, and it is one of the dinners I make most often. They are delicious, simple, and quick without too much hassle. For convenience, I steamed them in the microwave, but you can cook them however you like. Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 package canned tuna in oil (80 g (2.8 oz))
  • 200 g green beans
  • to taste oil and salt

Steps

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks and clean the green beans by trimming the ends. Steam the vegetables for 10 minutes. Alternatively, they can also be boiled.

  • Transfer them to a bowl, add the tuna, hard-boiled eggs, oil, and salt, and mix well.

  • Let the salad rest in the fridge until ready to serve.
