Today, summer salad. If you are green bean lovers, you have surely tried it already. Green beans can be cooked in many ways, but the most well-known is in a salad. Today, I prepared them with potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna. We practically grow them at home, and it’s one of the dinners I prepare most often. They are delicious, simple, and quick without too much hassle. I conveniently steamed them in the microwave, but you can cook them however you like. I’ll also leave you other ideas for perfect salads for the season.

Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 can tuna in oil (about 3 oz)
  • 7 oz green beans
  • to taste oil and salt

Steps

  • Peel and dice the potatoes, and clean the green beans by trimming the ends. Steam the vegetables for 10 minutes. Alternatively, they can also be boiled.

  • Transfer them to a bowl, add the tuna, hard-boiled eggs, oil, and salt, and mix well.

  • Let the salad rest in the fridge until ready to serve.
