Today, summer salad. If you are green bean lovers, you have surely tried it already. Green beans can be cooked in many ways, but the most well-known is in a salad. Today, I prepared them with potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna. We practically grow them at home, and it’s one of the dinners I prepare most often. They are delicious, simple, and quick without too much hassle. I conveniently steamed them in the microwave, but you can cook them however you like. I’ll also leave you other ideas for perfect salads for the season.

Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 large potato
- 1 can tuna in oil (about 3 oz)
- 7 oz green beans
- to taste oil and salt

Steps
Peel and dice the potatoes, and clean the green beans by trimming the ends. Steam the vegetables for 10 minutes. Alternatively, they can also be boiled.
Transfer them to a bowl, add the tuna, hard-boiled eggs, oil, and salt, and mix well.
Let the salad rest in the fridge until ready to serve.
