Vanilla Whipped Shortcrust Cookies

Hello everyone, today I am sharing the basic recipe for whipped shortcrust cookies. I’ve been wanting to try out my electric cookie press that I got from Lidl some time ago, and today I decided to go for it. This is the basic recipe, so it’s vanilla flavored. You can easily flavor it with orange or lemon. You can also substitute part of the flour and make them with cocoa.

Whipped shortcrust cookies are delicious, they melt in your mouth and are very crumbly due to the generous amount of butter.

I am also sharing other cookie recipes perfect for breakfast or for accompanying afternoon tea.
