The Water Bundt Cake is one of those last-minute desserts. Today I prepared it with orange, taking advantage of the season. The preparation is very quick, just put all the ingredients in a bowl and you’re done. If you’re on a diet, it’s perfect.

Ingredients
- 7/8 cup water
- 3 1/3 tbsp orange juice
- 2 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 orange (The zest)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 cups flour

Steps
Add all ingredients to the bowl, I used the stand mixer.
Beat for a few minutes with the whisk until all ingredients are combined.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
Dust with some powdered sugar and serve.
