Today I had guests for lunch, so I decided to make these delicious cocoa whipped shortbread cookies. They are delicious, simple, and addictive. The preparation is extremely simple, you only need a stand mixer but also the traditional electric whisks.
They are ready in no time. I used a cookie press but a common piping bag works just as well. Try them, they are really delicious and indulgent.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup lard
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar with vanilla

Steps
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk the powdered sugar with the softened butter and lard. Whisk for about 10 minutes until it becomes fluffy.
Add the egg and continue whisking for another 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and the sifted flour with cocoa, one tablespoon at a time.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and fill the cookie press.
Form the cookies, choose the shape you like best, let them rest for 10 minutes in the fridge, and bake for 15 minutes at 356°F.
