Spring is in the air, and I start taking nice walks. Today while walking, I gathered a nice bunch of asparagus, and decided to cook them in foil in my air fryer. Delicious, to make them even more tasty, I added slices of homemade guanciale, my goodness what a treat. In 10 minutes I had a tasty dish. If you are also asparagus lovers, I leave you with some other ideas.
