The savory pie with zucchini and ham is a versatile recipe perfect for any occasion: from a quick lunch to a dinner with friends, or even a picnic outdoors. Soft, tasty, and very easy to prepare, it is a great fridge-cleaning idea that conquers everyone at the first bite. The zucchini adds freshness, the ham adds flavor, and with a puff pastry base, it will be ready in no time!
I opted for cooking in the microwave, but an air fryer or traditional oven is also great.
