The savory zucchini and ham pie is a versatile recipe perfect for any occasion: from a quick lunch to a dinner with friends, to an outdoor picnic. Soft, tasty, and very easy to prepare, it is a great way to clear out the fridge that delights everyone at the first bite. Zucchini adds freshness, ham adds flavor, and with a puff pastry base, it will be ready in minutes!
I chose to cook it in the microwave, but an air fryer or traditional oven works just as well.

Add a few slices of provolone on top of the ham.
Continue with another layer of zucchini, adjust the salt or drizzle of oil, and finish with plenty of shredded pizza mozzarella.
