Preparation of Air Fryer Garlic Zucchini
Preheat the air fryer to the vegetable setting at 320°F, and in the meantime, prepare the zucchini.
Wash the zucchini thoroughly, dry them, remove the discardable parts, and cut them into small cubes with a sharp knife and the cutting board; place them in a glass bowl.
In the bowl, also add the cleaned and finely chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and oil sprays; mix well with the help of two spoons.
Once the air fryer is hot, pour the seasoned zucchini into the basket and cook for 10 minutes at 320°F, then switch to 355°F for another 20 minutes, stirring twice with a wooden spoon during cooking. Once finished, pour the zucchini onto a serving dish and serve! Delicious both hot and cold!
