- 1.5 lbs apricots (weight is without pit)
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 cups amaretti

Preparation of baked apricots with amaretti
Wash and dry the apricots well, cut them perfectly in half and remove the pit, arrange the apricots in the baking tray with the cut side facing up.
Crumble the amaretti well (you can use a freezer bag to help crumble them) and distribute them on top of the apricots.
Also distribute the butter in small pieces on top of the apricots with amaretti.
Preheat the oven to 482°F and when it’s hot, bake the apricots with amaretti, cook for 15 minutes, then remove them from the oven and let them cool.
