Tips
The flavored breadcrumbs you see among the ingredients, I often prepare and keep them ready in the freezer. I make them like this: I create a mix with 1 cup of breadcrumbs, about 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, and 2 cloves of minced red garlic. I mix everything and keep it in the freezer, very useful in many preparations (for vegetables, meat, fish to be gratinated!). Sometimes I also add a pinch of salt to the mix.
