Breaded Chicken Breast, Quick Dish Without Eggs!

Breaded chicken breast, a quick and tasty second course, ready in just over half an hour! With few ingredients (like most of my recipes) you will have a super tasty dish even to prepare at the last minute; the chicken breast prepared in this way will be loved by both adults and children, it will be a great success and they will even ask for seconds! Moreover, it is made without eggs! Now, everyone prepare the breaded chicken breast as the main course!

Ingredients for Breaded Chicken Breast

  • 12 oz chicken breast (4 not thin slices)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp parsley (fresh)
  • 1 clove red garlic
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Breaded Chicken Breast Without Eggs

  • Start by washing and drying the parsley, then chop it very finely on the cutting board along with the garlic, put it in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt, mix very well.

  • Pour the flavored breadcrumbs onto a work surface (the cutting board used for chopping is fine), brush the chicken breast slices with 1 tablespoon of oil on both sides.

  • Coat each slice in the flavored breadcrumbs, pressing down on both sides several times so that the breading adheres well to the meat, then place the chicken slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Preheat the oven to 430°F and once hot, pour the remaining oil over the breaded chicken and bake, cook for 30 minutes, turning halfway through until the slices are well browned, once cooked, remove from the oven and enjoy; it will become one of your favorite dishes!

Notes

Brushing the meat with oil before coating it in breadcrumbs allows you to avoid using eggs!

You can also cook the breaded chicken breast in a non-stick pan, just add the remaining oil to the pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown, turning often.
