Steps to Make Breadsticks and Bread Crisps

  • Pour all the ingredients into the bowl of the stand mixer, attach the dough hook, and set it to speed 2 for 5 minutes, then transfer the dough to the work surface.

  • FOR THE BREADSTICKS: Lightly flour the work surface, divide the dough into small balls the size of a walnut, then take each ball and roll it out to form a breadstick. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and continue until all the dough is used up.

  • Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature, and once hot, bake the breadsticks for 15 minutes until they are golden, then remove them, let them cool, and enjoy!

  • FOR THE BREAD CRISPS: Roll out the dough very thinly to a thickness of 1/16 inches with a rolling pin, and use a pastry cutter to cut irregular squares. Place them on the baking sheet with parchment paper.
