Steps to Make Breadsticks and Bread Flakes
Pour all the ingredients into the bowl of the stand mixer, attach the dough hook, and set it to speed 2 for 5 minutes, then transfer the dough to the work surface.
FOR THE BREADSTICKS: Lightly flour the work surface, divide the dough into small walnut-sized balls, then take each ball and stretch it to form a breadstick, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and continue until the dough is finished.
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature and once hot, bake the breadsticks for 15 minutes, they should be golden brown, then remove from the oven, let them cool, and enjoy!
