You can enrich the filling of the bresaola and ricotta rolls and olives with: chopped anchovies or with toasted walnuts or with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and peppers in oil, if you want to replace the olives you can do so with cherry tomatoes or replace 50 g of ricotta with 50 g of fresh goat cheese or with 50 g of grated Pecorino Romano cheese, you can also add chopped chives to the filling.
