- 7.8 oz bresaola (in slices)
- 5.5 oz mozzarella
- 4 leaves basil (fresh)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper (freshly ground)

Preparation of Bresaola Pinwheels
Start by draining the mozzarella, then finely chop it and place it in a bowl. Add the torn basil, salt, pepper, and mix with two spoons. Set aside.
Lay the bresaola slices slightly overlapping on a sheet of parchment paper until they form a rectangle of bresaola.
Spread the seasoned mozzarella evenly over the bresaola.
