- 2 eggs (XL size)
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee
- 3/8 cup sugar
- 3/8 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder

Preparation of cappuccino muffins, super delicious!
To begin, place the butter in the saucepan and let it melt, turn off and let it cool.
In a bowl, pour the milk and instant coffee, stir quickly, then add eggs and sugar and mix well, incorporating all the ingredients.
Add the butter, now cold, and incorporate it into the rest of the mixture.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking powder, add them to the bowl with the liquid mixture and, using a spoon, stir until a lump-free and very thick mixture is obtained.
Butter and flour the muffin pan, using 2 spoons, place 1 and a half tablespoons of batter in each mold (makes 10 medium-sized muffins).
Preheat the oven to 428°F, and once hot, bake and cook for 25 minutes, once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before removing them from the mold, always perform the toothpick test before the end of cooking.
