Preparation of the Christmas Savory Tart
Once you have prepared the savory shortcrust, let it rest in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
In a bowl, add: the yogurt, eggs, Pecorino cheese, almond flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well with a fork until everything is combined and you get a homogenous mixture.
Take the savory shortcrust from the fridge, roll it out thin, and lay it in the tart pan, making sure it adheres well, and remove the excess to use for decorations.
Pour the previously prepared filling inside the tart, decorate with the remaining shortcrust making shapes with Christmas cookie cutters and gently place these decorations on top of the tart.
Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C), and once hot, bake the tart and cook for 30 minutes (always check the cooking as ovens are not all the same!), once cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Once cooled, remove it from the pan, place it on a serving plate, decorate with halved cherry tomatoes, grated Pecorino cheese, and fresh chopped parsley, and serve!
