Preparation of Christmas Tree Swirls
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface, cover the surface with slices of cooked ham and roll starting from the wider side, brush the final part with milk and press slightly to seal.
With a sharp knife, cut 21 swirls of equal thickness, you will need 7 for each tree, form the trees with the swirls directly on parchment paper (this recipe makes 3 trees).
Preheat the oven to 392°F and when hot, brush the swirl trees with milk, decorate with sesame and poppy seeds and bake, bake and cook for 2025 minutes, at the end of cooking the swirl trees should be golden, once cooked remove from the oven and serve on the table, enjoy your meal!
