Ingredients for the Coffee Cup without Added Sugars

  • 1 1/4 cups 0% fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 5 whole wheat biscuits (unsweetened)
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter (unsweetened)

Preparation of the Coffee Cup without Added Sugars

  • In a bowl, pour the Greek yogurt, stevia, and instant coffee (directly in grains or powder from the jar), stir with a spoon until the coffee dissolves and you get a creamy mixture.

  • Crumble the whole wheat biscuits and distribute half in each cup.

  • Pour half of the coffee cream into each cup.

  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over each cup.

  • Cover the cups with food wrap and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
