Ingredients for the coffee yogurt cubes
- 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 3 teaspoons stevia

Preparation of coffee yogurt cubes
Weigh and measure all the ingredients, pour them into a bowl and stir well until everything is well blended and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
With the help of the teaspoon, pour the mixture into the ice molds (it yields 14 rectangular cubes).
Place the ice mold with the coffee yogurt in the freezer and let it rest for at least 4 hours.
Once they are well solidified, you can extract the cubes from the molds and store them in a bag and, of course, in the freezer always ready for use!
You can use the coffee yogurt cubes as small refreshing mini popsicles or to flavor milk or enrich a good coffee!
