Ingredients for Coffee Yogurt Cubes
- 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 3 teaspoons stevia

Preparation of Coffee Yogurt Cubes
Weigh and measure all the ingredients, pour them into a bowl and mix them well until everything is well combined and you get a homogeneous mixture.
With the help of a teaspoon, pour the mixture into the ice molds (you will get 14 rectangular cubes).
Put the ice mold with the coffee yogurt in the freezer and let it rest for at least 4 hours.
Once they are well solidified, you can remove the cubes from the molds and store them in a bag, and of course, always have them available in the freezer!
You can use the coffee yogurt cubes as small refreshing mini popsicles or to flavor milk or to enrich a good coffee!
