  • 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 3 teaspoons stevia

Preparation of Coffee Yogurt Cubes

  • Weigh and measure all the ingredients, pour them into a bowl and mix them well until everything is well combined and you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • With the help of a teaspoon, pour the mixture into the ice molds (you will get 14 rectangular cubes).

  • Put the ice mold with the coffee yogurt in the freezer and let it rest for at least 4 hours.

  • Once they are well solidified, you can remove the cubes from the molds and store them in a bag, and of course, always have them available in the freezer!

  • You can use the coffee yogurt cubes as small refreshing mini popsicles or to flavor milk or to enrich a good coffee!
