- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp instant coffee

Preparation of Cold Coffee Cream
In a bowl, pour the yogurt with sugar and coffee and mix well with the electric whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Now add the mascarpone and mix again with the electric whisk until well blended to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
At the time of serving, place the cream in dessert cups using a spoon.
