Ingredients for the blueberry cup
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 3/4 cup blueberries (fresh)
- to taste mint (for garnish)
Preparation of the blueberry cup
Take a bowl and pour in the yogurt and cream, use a spatula to mix until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
Add the blueberries to the bowl, leaving 1 tablespoon aside, gently mix and fold them into the cream.
Use a spoon to pour the blueberry cream into a large cup or glass, level it, and add the reserved blueberries on top. Let it rest in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for at least 2 hours.
When serving, remove the plastic wrap, garnish with fresh mint leaves and bring to the table!
