Ingredients for the blueberry cup

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 3.5 oz blueberries (fresh)
  • to taste mint (for decoration)

Preparation of the blueberry cup

  • Take a bowl and pour in the yogurt and cream, use a spatula to mix until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.

  • Add the blueberries to the bowl, leaving aside 1 tablespoon, gently stir and blend them into the cream.

  • With the help of a spoon, pour the blueberry cream into a large cup or glass, level it, and add the blueberries set aside on top. Let it rest in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for at least 2 hours.

  • When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap, decorate with fresh mint leaves, and serve!
