Steps for Making Perfect Curry Chicken
Clean the chicken breast from the waste parts (if you can’t do it, have your butcher do it) and cut it into cubes all more or less the same size, put them in a bowl, preferably glass.
In a small bowl, pour the curry, a pinch of salt, the flour, and 3 (of the 7 listed in the ingredients) tablespoons of water, mix well until you get a uniform mixture.
Pour the curry cream over the chicken cubes and mix with two spoons until the chicken is all covered, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature (in winter) or in the fridge (in summer).
After resting, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, and once hot, pour in the chicken with all its cream, add the remaining tablespoons of water, mix with a wooden spoon and cover with a lid, always cook over medium heat stirring occasionally.
At the end of cooking, the curry chicken will be creamy, well-cooked, soft, and with a delicious sauce to accompany it when you serve it, if at the end of cooking you see that it dries a lot, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach the perfect consistency and cooking! Enjoy your meal!
