Preparation of Crispy Chickpeas in Air Fryer Ready in 10 Minutes!
Drain the chickpeas from the preserving liquid, place them in a bowl and add: flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and a puff of spray oil. Mix well with two spoons until everything is combined.
Heat the air fryer, and once hot, remove the basket, put in the appropriate parchment paper, add the chickpeas spreading them out to make them comfortable, put the basket back in.
Cook for 10 minutes at 392°F (200°C), shaking the chickpeas halfway through cooking. Pour them into a bowl; let them cool down, and voilà, they are ready to enjoy—faster and tastier they cannot be!
Tips
Instead of all-purpose flour, you can use the same amount of: corn flour, rice flour, or whole wheat flour.
Instead of paprika, you can use the same amount of: rosemary, chili, or mixed garlic and parsley.
