Preparation of the Decorated Chocolate Bars
In a baking tray, place a sheet of parchment paper, then lay the chocolate bars (or leftover Easter chocolate, still 400 g) side by side to form a large rectangle. Preheat the oven to 392°F and as soon as it’s hot, place the tray in the oven, turn it off, and leave for 1 minute until the chocolate softens.
After 1 minute, remove the chocolate from the oven and use a skewer to decorate the chocolate by mixing the white with the milk chocolate.
Add the sugar pearls, chocolate-filled sprinkles, popcorn, and chocolate eggs, some whole and some cut in half, on top of the melted chocolate. Make sure all decorations are evenly distributed, sprinkle a pinch of salt on top, and let it cool and harden completely.
Once the chocolate is completely cold and solid, use a large knife like a Santoku to cut it into 15 more or less equal pieces, and then you can enjoy these amazing and super delicious decorated chocolate bars!
