- 7.75 oz chicken breast (sliced, not too thin)
- 2.8 oz cooked ham (sliced)
- 1.8 oz emmenthal cheese (melty, sliced or similar cheese)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed all-purpose flour

Lay the chicken breast slices on the work surface and lightly salt them on both sides.
Melt the butter in the pan over low heat.
While the butter melts, flour all the chicken breast slices, helping yourself by placing the flour on a tray.
Put the floured slices in the pan with the melted butter, cook for 4 minutes per side, turning halfway through with the tongs.
After 8 minutes, lay the cooked ham first and then the cheese on top of the chicken slices, cover and cook with the lid over high heat for 3/4 minutes, until the cheese melts, then serve the cheesy chicken breast hot and steaming!
