- 8 oz chicken breast (not too thin slices)
- 2.8 oz cooked ham (in slices)
- 1.8 oz emmenthal (cheesy slices or similar cheese)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
- as needed all-purpose flour

Place the chicken breast slices on the worktop and lightly salt them on both sides.
Put the butter in the pan to melt over low heat.
While the butter is melting, flour all the chicken breast slices, helping yourself by putting the flour on a tray.
Place the floured slices in the pan with the melted butter, cook for 4 minutes per side, turning halfway through cooking with the tongs.
After 8 minutes, lay the cooked ham first and then the cheese on top of the chicken slices, cover and cook over high heat for 3/4 minutes, just enough time for the cheese to melt, then serve the cheesy and steaming chicken breast!
