Preparation of Easy Gratinated Champignon
Start by cleaning the mushrooms, remove the stem, cut the end part, and peel the cap of the mushroom, wash the mushrooms and stems thoroughly and once they are clean, pat them dry with paper towels, then set them aside.
Place the mushroom caps in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and lightly salt them, then proceed to the next step.
Prepare the gratin by mixing in a bowl: breadcrumbs, cleaned and finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley and basil, finely chopped mushroom stems, a pinch of salt, pepper (optional) and mix well.
Fill each mushroom with the gratin (1 heaping tablespoon per mushroom), drizzle the oil from the recipe over the top.
Preheat the oven to 482°F and once hot, bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and serve. They are excellent both hot and cold! Enjoy your meal!
