Preparation of the Egg-Free Tonnato Turkey Breast
In a bowl, pour the yogurt, salt, pepper, oil, and mix.
Finely chop the capers, anchovies, and tuna with a knife and add them to the yogurt. Stir with a spoon until all the ingredients are well combined.
Arrange the turkey breast slices spaced out on a serving plate, spread the previously prepared tonnato sauce on top until finished, decorate with some capers, and serve!
If you want to prepare the dish in advance, you can make the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge, then assemble at serving time. Or you can assemble it directly, cover it with plastic wrap, and store it in the fridge until ready to serve.
TIPS
If you like, you can add a very finely chopped garlic clove to the sauce.
You can also add a pinch of powdered ginger.
