Storage & Variations
To ensure the frozen yogurt bars don’t melt immediately when served, you can present them on a platter placed over well-frozen ice packs or alternatively serve the bars on a bed of ice cubes.
You can add honey to the yogurt mixture.
Before serving, you can top with hazelnut cream, honey, or peanut butter, or you can prepare several small bowls with different toppings so everyone can garnish them as they prefer!
Before freezing, you can sprinkle the surface with coconut flour.
You can add (or substitute) dark chocolate chips instead of the nuts.
