Preparation of Gratinated Cabbage

  • Clean the cabbage from the waste parts, cut it into thin strips, wash it and let it drain well in a colander.

  • Once the cabbage is well drained, place it into a large bowl, add the cleaned and chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and mix well with the slotted spoon.

  • Place the seasoned cabbage in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly so that it is not too overlapped.

  • Sprinkle the cabbage with breadcrumbs and distribute the designated oil over the top. Preheat the oven to 482°F and once hot, bake.

  • Cook the cabbage for 40/45 minutes, until the surface is lightly golden, then remove from the oven, serve and enjoy its full flavor!
