Preparation of Gratinated Cabbage
Clean the cabbage from the waste parts, cut it into thin strips, wash it and let it drain well in a colander.
Once the cabbage is well drained, place it into a large bowl, add the cleaned and chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and mix well with the slotted spoon.
Place the seasoned cabbage in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly so that it is not too overlapped.
Sprinkle the cabbage with breadcrumbs and distribute the designated oil over the top. Preheat the oven to 482°F and once hot, bake.
Cook the cabbage for 40/45 minutes, until the surface is lightly golden, then remove from the oven, serve and enjoy its full flavor!
