Preparation of Gratinated Cabbage
Clean the cabbage from the waste parts, cut it into thin strips, wash it, and let it drain well in a colander.
When the cabbage is well drained, pour it into a large bowl, add the cleaned and chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper to your taste, and mix well with the slotted spoon.
Pour the seasoned cabbage into a baking pan with parchment paper, spread it well so that it is comfortable and not too overlapped.
Sprinkle the cabbage with breadcrumbs and distribute the planned oil on top, heat the oven to 482°F, and when it’s hot, put it in the oven.
Cook the cabbage for 40/45 minutes until the surface is slightly golden, then take it out of the oven, serve it, and enjoy its goodness!
