- 4 eggs (medium size)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Grana Padano cheese, grated
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Gratinated Eggs
First, boil the eggs and count 8 minutes from the boiling point, then drain them and put them in ice-cold water until they are well cooled, once cold, peel them.
Cut each peeled egg in half and place them in the baking dish with the yolk facing up, lightly salt, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Grana with a pinch of pepper, sprinkle this mix over the eggs, and drizzle with olive oil.
