Preparation of Gratinated Peppers, Super Easy!
Clean the peppers from the scraps by removing the stem, fibers, and seeds, wash them well under running water, pat them dry with paper towels, and arrange them in the baking tray skin side down with the open side up.
In a bowl, pour the bread crumbs, freshly chopped parsley, coarsely chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper, and mix well. Distribute this flavored breadcrumbs over the peppers.
Pour the oil over the peppers, preheat the oven to 482°F, and once hot, bake them. Cook for 15/20 minutes, then remove and enjoy them, excellent both hot and cold!
Tips
As already mentioned, the gratinated peppers are excellent both hot and cold. In the summer, if you prepare a double batch, once cold, you can put them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for 2/3 days. They will be great as a side dish or as a filling for sandwiches and wraps!
